Donkey Vahana

I found this on one of my browsing sprees.

Diwakar, a former soldier, and his donkey were both heavily garlanded.

However, the police refused to allow the donkey into the Agra collectorate's office.

I guess the police did not want to create confusion as to which one of the two wanted to file the papers/
