No i have not been very busy with work. However, I have really been a bit busy with a variety of things at office and home which are playing a toll on my blogging frequency.
To start with there is this "So-To-Say" Lead activity at office which means u do all the other stuff + your normal software activity!!. To follow that up we have a house rennovation activity that is under progress. I couldn't do much but still i have to search on the internet for costs of stuff and things like what needs to be done and when.
Next we had an activity at office which was technically christianed "Cubicle Decoration". Well it meant some sleepless nights and lot of Thermocol chopping, typing, countless amount of printouts and then sticking them together.
Though these have been three different activities there was something common that i could observe. In each of the activity be it the lead activity, or the research being done on house rennovation activity and the cubicle decoration activity, if i could cooperate and ask the right questions i could get my way out through tough situations. Be it arranging the pulley system to make our octopus ( ChadraPaul - The limping Paul ) pick up the Mercedes car among the other cars on display ( Audi & BMW)...or be it ensuring that a team short on man power is able to work on complicated testing of Transmission software.
Quite often we fear ridicule and dont ask the questions & at times we create an image of the person we are dealing and close ourselves. I think sometimes it is easier to live life if we just start accepting people and co-operate with them to help them in their weak areas and request help in areas where we need the same. Food for thought!!
